 Have you ever been in a position where you started something that you had to start over?  When you decided to start over, what did you feel? Shame? Fear?

Did you know it is ok for you to start over?  Many times we can work harder to make something work than to stop, correct, shift and do it another way.  It takes a lot of energy to do that. Many times, it's not even about you not wanting to start over, but more so about what you believe others will say.

In today's episode, I'm sharing some things I thought about when I realized I needed to change the name of this podcast. That's right. This is the last episode of Her Reconnected Podcast. You may be saying, but you just started it.  Yes, that is true. Yet, I started to feel that maybe the title wasn't giving you the correct vision for the podcast and so I knew it was time to make a shift.  So, this is the last episode under this title.  Starting April 2021, The new name is, "In Search of Me NOW" based on my best-selling book, "In Search of Me: A Journey to Self-love, Self-Worth & Purpose."  Same message, but a new name.

The first thing that came to mind is, "What will people say or think about me stopping and starting? I'm going to look crazy, etc."  However, just like any part of our lives, we sometimes need to shift in order to be aligned with where we are going.  Ending relationships isn't easy. Ending a job isn't easy. Ending anything you start is not easy. Yet sometimes, it is the very thing you need to do, or at least pivot, in order to align your life toward your destiny.
