Which Voice Are You Listening To?
Yes, YOU!
How many times do you find yourself alone in the presence of others or alone by yourself? There is a feeling of emptiness that can't be explained to others and yet it is so real to you.
How many times do you find yourself pushing hard to get to your next and then you suddenly find yourself settled into the familiar feeling of, "I can't do this, or I just don't know how?"
Sometimes these feelings are unspoken because you don't want to risk being vulnerable to say it out loud to others or yourself.
What if you could hear, "Girl You Got This", in those moments.
That would be great right?
Where are the cheerleaders?
Where are the trumpets?
Where is the announcer shouting, "Girl You Got This, Keep Going?"
What if the greatest cheerleader was with you all the time but because of your insecurity, you couldn't hear her.
Instead, you are used to listening to the Negative Nancy inside your heart and mind that tells you:
1. You are a fraud
2. This is not for you
3. Just give up because you know it won't work
Negative Nancy and The Loudest Cheerleader can be Self at any given moment of the day. Depending on which inner voice you listen to, you can see yourself winning or losing whatever you are wanting to do.
Shifting the voice takes work.
Let's be honest, when you are just going about life and not really paying attention to your thoughts, memories, or the voice speaking, it is no problem.
Yet, desiring to start a business, help others, increase your net worth, decrease debt, see yourself as valuable and so much more, requires Intentionality to SHIFT the voice that you listen to.
Listen to the voice that tells you, "Girl, You are on it and you just need to get up again and go for it."
This is your voice when you feel alone
This is your voice when you ARE alone
This is your voice when you NEED to feel STRONG and keep going.
Are you intentional about what you are listening to?
I think it's time to tune your ear to a new Message
The message is in your mind.
I believe it is time to #Erase and #Replace what is no longer working for you in your Mindset
Your next step is based on Nancy or the Cheerleader...
You choose but CHOOSE WISELY....

Meyo - I love the idea of erase and replace. This helps to eliminate the negative headspace thoughts with positive thinking/motivation.
